The SASE Software is a software application that runs on the user’s computer. It provides secure access to your organization's network and applications, while protecting against unauthorized use of sensitive data.

There are two types of SASE Software. The first is the "SASE Client" which runs on a user's computer and provides secure access to network resources for that particular client. The second type, called an "Access Gateway," acts as a proxy server between clients and servers in order to provide security services such as authentication, encryption or both. Access Gateways can be used with any protocol (e.g., HTTP/HTTPS) but they must support SSL v3 or TLS 1.0 at minimum; some also support IPSec VPNs over IPsec tunnel mode using IKEv1 or IKEv2 protocols (see below).

The SASE Software is a software-only solution that provides the same functionality as an appliance. It can be deployed on any hardware platform, including virtual machines and cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS). This flexibility allows you to choose your own infrastructure while still benefiting from all of the features provided by Secure Access Service Edge appliances.

The SASE software is a proprietary product that only works with the Cisco Secure Access Control Server (ACS). It does not work with other vendors' access control servers.

Any company that has a need to protect their data from unauthorized access. This includes companies in the financial, healthcare and government sectors as well as any other organization with sensitive information they want to keep secure.

The criteria for buying a SASE Software are as follows. First, you should buy the software that is compatible with your existing hardware and operating system. Second, it must be easy to use so that even non-technical users can operate it without any difficulty. Thirdly, its price should not burn a hole in your pocket.

A SASE Software is implemented as a virtual appliance. The software runs on an existing server, and the hardware can be any standard x86-based computer with at least 2GB of RAM.

You should implement a SASE Software when you want to provide secure access for your users.
