I've been using Pipedrive for a little over a year now and I absolutely love it. It's helped me keep track of my sales pipeline and has made staying organized a breeze. The interface is user-friendly and the features are robust - just what I need to stay on top of my game. Highly recommend!
I'm not a fan of Pipedrive. It's missing a lot of features that I need in order to keep track of my customers and sales. For example, there's no way to export data into Excel, which is a pain. And the search function is pretty basic. Overall, it just doesn't have enough features for me to justify using it.

The customer support for Pipedrive is terrible. They don't respond to tickets in a timely manner and when they do, the responses are unhelpful. I've had to escalate multiple issues to get any sort of resolution and even then, it's been unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this CRM software to anyone.
