I'm not a fan of Smartsheet. It's missing a lot of features that I need in order to get my work done efficiently. For example, there's no way to track dependencies or create Gantt charts. This makes it difficult to plan and manage complex projects.

Smartsheet is the worst. The customer support is terrible and they don't care about their customers. They are always late to respond to tickets and never resolve the issue. I would not recommend this software to anyone.

I've been using Smartsheet for a few months now and I absolutely love it! It's helped me stay organized and on top of all my projects.
